season that involved events in each discipline.
It’s wishful
thinking, of course. The sheer amount of money, cajoling and
organisation that would be involved places the idea firmly into the
realm of fantasy.
Whoever came up with the idea of Rocket Racing
would seem to be living in a similar dream land. Getting million dollar
rocket-powered planes to race at close proximity to both each other and
the ground? Well, it’s a good idea for a video game.
The scary thing is, people have ploughed millions of dollars into making it reality.
Resident Evil 4 Degeneration
Widely considered one of the greatest games of the last decade, Resident Evil 4 makes its way to the iDevice with its core gameplay intact, even if the overall experience is seriously abridged. More of a "greatest hits" collection of action sequences than an adventure game, the Story mode has been split up into 12 short missions that are inspired by the original console version.
These missions will take you to different locations you'll recognize if you've played RE4 before, fighting familiar enemies, like the huge El Gigante, and other monstrous foes wielding chainsaws and pitchforks.

for a mobile device platform. This “Soul Calibre”-like game has displays
a wide range of beautiful colours from the characters to the background
scenery. The gameplay and attack movements are very fluid and dynamic
-- not unlike something you would find in the arcade or on a gaming
console.
Cube
Cube is a first player shooter game optimized for the iPhone. Fernlightniing has rolled his own iPhone port of Cube - an open source
3D FPS engine - and sent it off to Apple for their approval. Cube might
look a little elderly on today's PCs (the sequel, Sauerbraten is being
developed at the moment) but its does look quite impressive on the iPods.
